A broken mojo...

Yawn...

I need a nap.  Anyone surprised?  I hadn't planned on writing anything today, deciding slacking off on a blog entry sounded better, until now that is.  8:30 pm the hockey game is in the last seconds of the 2nd period the Bluenotes have scored 1 and given up 3.  I'm tossing the my blog writing mojo into the mix.  Not that I'm superstitious or anything, (touch wood), but I needed to do an entry anyway.

No trolling today, as my targets from yesterday have either slinked, slank, slunk (all are apparently correct, though each sounds WRONG) slithered back under their collective rocks or are trying to get cross hairs on target.  I have been seeing little red laser dots dancing around, trying to get an angle.

The Mojo is working. Blues just scored, now only trail by one.   Not working well enough though, an empty netter to make the final 4-2 Philly.  The winning streak is/was capped at one.  So much for my magic mojo assist.  (Good thing I'm not superstitious).

Could someone enlighten me?  Why does the National Hockey League need an 'Official' tire? How many tires could a Zamboni possibly go through in a season?  Another imponderable question.  Why does a blimp provide aerial video coverage for an indoor sporting event?

This makes number 40, not that you'll notice.  You'll get them when you get them.  I, however, am astounded.  Today marks the 39th day since I've rebooted MR and I now have more entries than days?  When I first started Midnight Ramblings 4 1/2 years ago I didn't know where it would go.  After a couple of reboots and a few rants over the years I still don't know where it's headed.  Today's goal though, more consecutive daily entries posted than all the total of previous crappy, half-assed, feeble attempts.  As I write this drivel, 57 posts have survived the delete button, and now 40 in the queue.  Eighteen posts to go, then I'll have to set a new bloggy blog goal.  Fortunately, hockey season will still be ongoing.

Is anyone still in the office pools?

As always, thanks...

See you on Monday, peace.
